1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Monocosms services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. Eligibility and Lawful Use
You may use Monocosms only if you can form a legally binding agreement and your use is permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for using the services in a lawful, professional, and authorized manner.
3. Accounts and Access
Some services require a Monocosms identity. You agree to provide accurate account information, maintain control of your email account, and notify Monocosms if you believe access has been compromised.
4. Passwordless Login and Email Verification
Monocosms uses passwordless email verification for account access. Login codes are single-use, time-limited, and sent to the email address associated with the account. You are responsible for maintaining security over that email inbox.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the platform, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or harmful content, reverse engineer protected systems, or use Monocosms to violate the rights of others.
6. Intellectual Property
Monocosms, its product names, software, interfaces, documentation, visual systems, and platform architecture are owned by Monocosms or its licensors. You retain ownership of data you submit, subject to the rights needed for Monocosms to operate and improve the services.
7. Product Availability and Beta Features
Some products, modules, routes, and features may be marked active, pilot-ready, coming soon, beta, experimental, or restricted. Availability may change as the platform evolves. Monocosms may modify or discontinue features where necessary to improve reliability, security, or product quality.
8. Pilot Program Limitations
Pilot, demo, or early access programs are provided for evaluation and learning. Pilot features may contain incomplete workflows, limited support, or changing behavior. Do not rely on pilot features as the sole system for mission-critical operations without a separate written agreement.
9. Fees and Pricing
Some services may be free, invite-only, pilot-based, or paid. If pricing, billing, trials, or seat limits are introduced, they will be presented through an applicable order form, written agreement, or platform notice before charges apply.
10. Suspension and Termination
Monocosms may suspend or terminate access if required for security, legal compliance, nonpayment, misuse, or violation of these Terms. You may stop using the services at any time and may contact Monocosms regarding account-related requests.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Monocosms does not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free functionality, or that every feature will meet every intended use case.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monocosms will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the services.
13. Changes to Services or Terms
Monocosms may update services and these Terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date on this page or by providing another reasonable notice where appropriate.
14. Governing Law
Unless a separate written agreement specifies a governing law or forum, applicable law and venue will be determined by the circumstances and any competent jurisdiction. This section may be refined as Monocosms formalizes commercial agreements.
